Digital Abstract Paintings

While I was teaching at NSI, the Niagara School of Imaging, we did a sequence on abstracts again. While these are only the digital files that still need to be enhanced after printing on canvas, I was quite pleased with how they turned out.

These would both be treated somewhat as underpaintings as other paint, gold leaf, metallics, etc would be added on top of the canvas to finish it off to really have the glowing parts three dimensional.

 Too much FUN!!!

Oh Marilyn, I LOVE that second one! When you embellish it be sure to take a snap of it and share with us.
    I know you’re busy busy though. :)

It’s on the “list” to work on. Have some client paintings that I have to finish first for commissions. They are the hardest to work on and flow the least. The ones from my own heart go the fastest and best. That second abstract is one of my favorites also and I plan on using it as the basis for an underpainting to have Textures and Metallcs on it. I love the color palette on it.
    Thanks
